Mike Glijer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike is currently the CEO-Founder of Zetly OÜ, a multifunctional sports fan engagement platform powered by digital utility ZET Token. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as CEO of Agencja Eventowa More Than Explore, where they organized various types of corporate events and focused on professionalism and uniqueness. Mike also co-founded MTE Adventure Club, a project dedicated to discovering the world through short and intense trips. Additionally, Mike has held the position of Co-Chief Executive Officer at Skyline Group and Estrada Śląska, where they gained experience in specialized construction services. Mike has been the Founder and CEO of Youth Exchange Center, an organization that specializes in organizing internships and team-building events. Moreover, Mike served as the Founding President - Europe Division at International Cultural Exchange Services (ICES), promoting international awareness and cultural understanding. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Dyrektor zarządzający at Eurofis-Serwis and Sedzia Koszykówki - Klasa I at Śląski Związek Koszykówki. Mike also served as Dyrektor sprzedaży i marketingu at Polda sp. z o.o. Overall, Mike has displayed leadership and entrepreneurial skills throughout their work experience in various industries.
Mike Glijer has a strong education background in marketing and management. Mike obtained their Magister administracji i zarządzania degree with a specialization in Marketing Sportowy from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania Marketingowego i Języków Obcych w Katowicach between 1999 and 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Licencjat (Lic.) degree in Marketing and Zarządzanie from the same institution from 1996 to 1999. Mike's education journey began with their Matura (high school diploma) from I Liceum Ogólnokształcące im prof Zbigniewa Religi, where they studied general subjects from 1992 to 1996.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Mike Glijer has also obtained a certification as a Skipper Morski from Polski Związek Żeglarski in December 2020.
