Edwin IJland has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Edwin has held various roles in different companies. Edwin started their career at K & W Installatietechniek in 1998 as a Tekenaar / Ontwerper, where they were responsible for designing and drawing lighting and power installations. Edwin then moved on to Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery B.V. in 2000, initially working as a System Engineer and later transitioning to a Controls Engineer role. At Siemens Nederland N.V., Edwin worked as a Software Engineer from 2017 to 2018, and prior to that, they held the position of Lead Controls Engineer from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, they joined VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) as an Electrical Engineer until 2022. Currently, Edwin works at Zeton as a Lead Control System Engineer since May 2022.
Edwin IJland attended the ROC Oost-Nederland from 1990 to 1993, studying Energietechniek. Edwin then pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Elektrische Energietechniek at Saxion University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1998.
