Michael Rathjen has over two decades of experience in technical communication and documentation, primarily at Zetron since 2005, where roles have included Manager of Quality Systems, Certifications & Compliance, Manager of Engineering Services, and Technical Writer, focusing on dispatch and call center equipment documentation. Prior to Zetron, experience includes working as a Technical Writer at MessageGate, creating manuals for anti-spam software, and at AT&T Wireless, handling technical writing, document control, and process development. Michael's career began at Walt Disney Internet Group as a Technical Writer for Java applications and included a position as a Lotus Notes Developer at AT&T Wireless. Michael holds a BS in Technical Communication from the University of Washington.
