Terence Miller

Terence Miller has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Terence began their career in 2004 as a Support, Quality Coordinator at APD Communications. Terence then progressed through various roles within the company, including Support Engineer, Senior Customer Support Engineer, and Service Assurance Team Leader. During this time, they gained expertise in supporting and troubleshooting third-party technologies such as SQL, Cisco Networking, and Windows OS, in addition to company-specific software and hardware. Terence also took on responsibilities such as training and mentoring new employees and managing software upgrades for all UK customers.

In 2017, Terence transitioned into the role of Technical Consultant at APD Communications, where they provided expert guidance and advice to clients. Terence then moved on to become a Technical Presales Manager, Head of Support and Presales, and finally the Head of Product and Pre-Sales in 2021.

In 2022, Terence joined NEC Software Solutions as the Business Unit Director - Control Room. In this role, they were responsible for managing the control room division and overseeing product development, pre-sales, and customer support activities. After a year, they moved on to Zetron as a Business Unit Director, where they currently lead a business unit, focusing on strategic planning and operations.

Terence Miller earned a BSC degree in Computer Science with Information Engineering from the University of Hull, completing their education there from 1999 to 2003.
