Jordan Warburton

Jordan Warburton has a diverse work experience in the field of corporate finance and transaction advisory services. Jordan has worked at Zeus Capital as a Director of Corporate Finance since July 2020. Prior to this, they held roles such as Corporate Finance Assistant Director, Corporate Finance Manager, and Corporate Finance Executive at the same company. At Zeus Capital, Jordan provided financial advice and execution expertise for various types of transactions, including flotations, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, and fundraising.

Before joining Zeus Capital, Jordan worked at EY, where they served as an Executive in Transaction Advisory Services from April 2015 to October 2015. Jordan also worked as an Analyst in Corporate Restructuring from September 2012 to April 2015. In these roles, Jordan gained experience in buy-side due diligence, administrations, and advisory services for distressed loan portfolios, distributor and installer companies, major hotel chains, financiers, and pension regulators.

Jordan's career began with an internship at EY in August 2011, where they gained initial exposure to the industry.

Jordan Warburton earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in the years 2009 to 2012.
