John Campanelli

John Campanelli has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. John started their career as a Development Engineer at DuPont Canada in 1987. John later worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at DOMCO Industries from 1993 to 1995. Following this, they joined Concordia University as an Assistant Professor from 1995 to 1998.

In 1998, John joined Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company as a Research Engineer in the Compound Science Department, where they developed elastomeric compounds for tire formulations and plant mixing/extrusion procedures until 2005. During their time at Goodyear, they also became a certified Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma methodology in 2004.

From 2005 to 2015, John worked at Sealed Air Corporation as a Principal Engineer in the R&D Food Care division. John served as a technical lead for projects involving the development and commercialization of high barrier pouches for thermal treatment of foodstuffs. John acquired certification as a Green Belt in Design for Lean Six Sigma methodology in 2014.

Since 2015, John has been associated with Zeus Industrial Products, Inc. in various roles. John initially joined as a Sr. Research Engineer and worked from 2015 to 2018. John then advanced to the position of Sr. Manager, Research and Development, and currently holds the role of Research Director as of August 2022.

John Campanelli obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from McGill University in 1985. John then pursued further education and successfully completed their PhD in Chemical Engineering from McGill University in 1993.
