Rob Wolleswinkel

Rob Wolleswinkel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in aviation, consulting, and business management. Currently serving as co-CEO and CTO at Elysian Aircraft since January 2023, Wolleswinkel also holds the position of First Officer for Beechcraft King Air at Zeusch Aviation since August 2020. With a strong foundation in consulting, including over a decade at The Boston Consulting Group where Wolleswinkel rose to Managing Director and senior Partner, leadership in the 'Industry, Energy and PE-cluster' was provided along with chairmanship of the Amsterdam Client Portfolio Committee. Previous roles include Principal at BCG and Consultant/Project Leader, with significant expertise in Marketing and Sales for multinational clients. Early career experiences include roles at Philips Medical Systems as Purchasing Manager, the Royal Netherlands Air Force as a Lieutenant, and Fokker Aircraft as a Reliability Engineer. Wolleswinkel holds an MBA from IMD, an MSc in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and an Engineer’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
