Soley Van Lokeren

Mrs. Van Lokeren has over 30 years of human resources and business operations experience, with a focus on developing people-centric strategies and best practice people solutions for the entire employee life cycle. Prior to her role at Zevia, she served as Chief People Officer at Realty Mogul, a Los Angeles-based Fintech company where she served as part of the Executive team and managed all aspects of People operations including talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and people strategies. Prior to that, Mrs. Van Lokeren served as Executive Director of Business Operations for one of the largest privately-owned Human Resources firms in California, ModernHR, where for fifteen years she partnered with the President to deliver custom HR solutions for clients across the US and internationally. Previously, she was an owner and operator for Food Guys, LLC, running a restaurant in Culver City for five years. Prior to that, Mrs. Van Lokeren spent eight years working for Enterprise Security Systems, Inc. a privately owned security company where she was responsible for business operations, human resources, and risk management. She served as Chief Executive Officer in her last year with that company. Mrs. Van Lokeren earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and a Master's in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
