Basile de Branche

Basile de Branche has over 17 years of professional experience. From 2022 to present, they have worked as Technical Director at ZEWAY. From 2016 to 2022, they were Head of Development - Modular Engineering at CLAAS. Basile was responsible for managing a 25 person department, steering subcontractors, developing and industrializing tractor rear unit modules, and improving customer satisfaction and product quality. Basile also served as Systems Engineering Team Manager at CLAAS from 2016 to 2022, managing a 5 person team and transforming the R&D to a Systems Engineering approach. From 2005 to 2016, they worked at Groupe Renault as Braking System Referent, Project Manager & Braking System Architect, and Safety & Dependability Engineer. Basile was responsible for developing the electric vehicle (Renault Zoé) regenerative braking system.

Basile de Branche attended Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Master's degree in Materials Engineering. Basile then attended Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained an Ingeniero Tecnico Superior Industrial in Ingénierie.
