Chrystelle NUSSBAUMER has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Chrystelle began their career in 1998 as an HR Development / Internal Mobility at Carrefour France. In 2000, they moved to NRJ Group as an HR Development Manager. In 2001, they became a Compensation & Benefit Manager at BT Consulting & Systems Integration. In 2005, they joined Telecom Italia as a Human Resources Manager. In 2009, they moved to SOLAIREDIRECT as a Human Resources Manager France. In 2011, they became DRH at ENGIE SOLAR - Formerly Solairedirect. In 2019, they moved to ZEWAY as the Head of HR. In 2021, they joined Time for the Planet as an Associée.

Chrystelle NUSSBAUMER studied Legal at Paris-Sud University (Paris XI), and obtained a Niveau 2 validé from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
