Jérémy Henry has worked in the digital industry for 15 years. Jérémy began their career in 2005 as a Distribution Systems Business Analyst at Air France. Jérémy then held roles as a Social Media, Mobile and Acquisition Project Manager, Loyalty Program Project Manager, and CRM Project Manager at Air France. In 2011, they moved to KLM where they held the roles of Team Manager klm.com and e-Commerce Program Manager. In 2013, they returned to Air France as the Head of Digital Content & Product, responsible for content strategy, creation, translation and publishing on Airfrance.com, as well as the head of product of several key products. In 2020, they joined ZEWAY as the Digital Chief Product & Tech Officer (CPTO).
Jérémy Henry obtained a degree in Information System and New Technologies from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL between 2003 and 2007. In October 2019, they also obtained an Inbound Marketing certification from the HubSpot Academy.
