Anna-Lena Grote is a business professional with extensive experience in project management, finance, and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as a Business Controllerin Planning and Reporting at ZF Foxconn Chassis Modules since January 2025, Anna-Lena previously held roles at E3/DC as a Junior Project Manager for Internal Sales Operations and as a Masterandin in Personalmanagement and Supply Chain Management. Additional experience includes positions at tenderpilot GmbH as a Werkstudentin CSM, Basler AG in online marketing roles, and Rentokil Initial Deutschland in finance. Anna-Lena began their career in community management with MUUUH! Group. Anna-Lena holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration from Universität Osnabrück and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same institution, complemented by academic experience at the University of Warsaw.
