Adam Kwiatkowski

Adam Kwiatkowski is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Sustainability Lead Engineer at ZF Group since January 2024, where responsibilities include supporting sustainability initiatives and liaising between product lines and the R&D Sustainability team. Prior to this role, Adam worked at Nokia as an Area Product Owner, managing backlog and deliverables for a Competence Area. Previous experience includes a Product Specialist role at DeLaval, overseeing product lifecycle management and leading innovation for the DeLaval Rotary E100. Adam has also held various engineering positions at 3M, Volvo Construction Equipment, and as a civil engineer at ERBUD S.A. A graduate of Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Adam holds a Master’s degree in Transportation, and studied European Engineering at Coventry University.
