Dirk Walliser

Dirk Walliser is a Senior Vice President of Corporate Research & Development at ZF Group since September 2018. Prior to this role, Dirk served as Chief Innovation Officer and Geschäftsführer at Eberspaecher from January 2014 to August 2018. Dirk's career includes a position as Vice President of Electronics Solutions & E-Mobility at Mercedes-Benz Technology from December 2003 to December 2013 and various research and development roles at Daimler AG from 1993 to 2003. Dirk began professional work as a scientific researcher at Fermilab and DESY between 1991 and 1993. Dirk holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Universität Hannover and DESY Hamburg, completed between 1989 and 1992, along with a Master of Science in Physics from the University of New Mexico.
