Juan Carlos Meade Schadtler is an accomplished supply chain and materials management professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Since June 2014, Juan Carlos has held key leadership positions at ZF Group, including Director de fábrica and Head of Supply Chain North America, overseeing material management for 11 plants while focusing on resource optimization, cost reduction, and digitalization. Previously, Juan Carlos held various roles at Chrysler Group LLC, where significant achievements included successful new assembly plant launches and substantial cost savings. Juan Carlos began a career in production management at APS Global Communication and holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Universidad Marista, completed in 2009.
