Julie Schoenherr

Julie Schoenherr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and facilities management. Currently serving as the Head of North American Real Estate at ZF Group since 2014, Julie previously held the position of Director of Facilities Management. Prior roles include Property Development Business Partner at Target from 2009 to 2014 and Manager of Planning & Design at The Taubman Company from 2005 to 2009, where Julie managed development and design phases for projects with budgets ranging from $2 million to $1.5 billion. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Lawrence Technological University, completed between 1992 and 1998.
