Justyna Matys

Justyna Matys is a Senior Project Quality Engineer at ZF Group, having progressed from a Project Quality Engineer role, where responsibilities included leading the implementation of Advance Product Quality plans, managing customer relationships in the quality area, and conducting internal quality audits. With extensive experience in quality management across multiple companies, including ASML, Helvoet Rubber & Plastic Technologies, WABCO, RONAL Polska, Whirlpool Corporation, and Volkswagen Motor Polska, Justyna has demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement, process design, and compliance audits. Justyna holds a Master's degree in Quality Management and an Engineer's degree in Management and Manufacturing Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
