Karthick Subramaniam

Karthick Subramaniam is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with significant experience in the technology and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at ZF Group since August 2021, Karthick has previously held key roles at Vestas, where expertise in wind technology and recruitment was developed, and at NIYAMA GROUP and Teamware Solutions, focusing on IT recruitment for major organizations. Karthick started the career as an Executive Recruiter at Covenant Consultants, managing IT and ITES requirements. Karthick holds an Executive Development Programme in Talent Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, an MBA in Human Resources Development and Operations from Anna University, and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Science from the University of Madras.
