Lukasz Biernatowski

Lukasz Biernatowski is an accomplished project management leader with extensive experience in the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Project Management Leader for the Aftermarket Division at ZF Group, Lukasz also holds the position of Head Of Project Management for CV System Solutions in the Trailer, Truck & Bus segment. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at WABCO, where Lukasz led a team of 25 technical project managers and was responsible for new developments, quality, and cost reduction projects, along with global oversight of the ECAS segment. Lukasz has also held key roles such as Product Line Leader and Quality & Six Sigma Leader, showcasing a strong focus on product quality and business accountability. Early career positions included leadership roles at Pentair and Fagor Electrodomésticos, as well as engineering contributions at Whirlpool Corporation. Lukasz holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Management and Marketing, both from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
