Madhu Dama

Madhu Dama is an experienced engineer with a strong background in power electronics systems and components, currently serving as Simulation Team Lead at ZF Group since October 2017. Prior to this role, Madhu held positions at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, specializing in Durability and NVH Simulations for traction electric motors and advanced powertrain concepts. Earlier experience includes work as a Senior Engineer at Volvo India Pvt Ltd, focusing on FEA calculations for truck design, and as a Senior Engineer at General Motors Technical Centre India, where a complete mechanical analysis cycle for traction electric machines was executed. Madhu holds a Master’s degree in Machine Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
