Philip Schuster is a seasoned professional in operations management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations Division Chassis Solutions at ZF Group since 2024. Previously, Philip held several key leadership roles at MANN+HUMMEL Gruppe from 2015, including Vice President & Managing Director in China and Senior Vice President Operations Americas. Before that, Philip gained valuable experience at BorgWarner Inc. as Teamleader Maintenance and Advanced Manufacturing Engineer. Philip earned a BSc in Mechatronics from the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
