Mark Voser has extensive experience in the gastronomy sector, currently serving as Leiter Mandat Bildung and holding various leadership roles at ZFV-Unternehmungen since September 2014, overseeing multiple food service establishments including Mensa Molki, Bistro Chez Toni, Kaffeebar Momento, Kafi Z, Catering, and the Restaurant Forum at ZWB Universität Zürich. Prior to this, Mark served as Küchenchef at the Verpflegungszentrum Kaserne Brugg with the Schweizer Armee from November 2008 to August 2014. Mark's educational background includes a G3 diploma as a certified gastro-entrepreneur, G2 certification as a gastro-manager in system gastronomy, and G1 training in the gastro-basic seminar, all obtained through GastroSuisse, alongside a culinary qualification from Berufsfachschule BBB Baden.
