Priyanka Khakha has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Priyanka began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Dione Foods Private Limited in 2015. In 2016, they became a Corporate Social Responsibility Intern at Deepshikha Institute for Child Development and Mental Health. During the same year, they also took on a Human Resources Intern role at Deininger Consulting. In 2017, they were a Brand Marketing Intern at Dharampal Premchand Limited (DPPCL). In 2018, they became a Merchandising Assistant at Walmart. In 2021, they took on the role of Buyer-Gourmet at bigbasket.com. Most recently, in 2022, they became a Customer Success Manager at ZFW Dark Stores.

Priyanka Khakha has a well-rounded educational background. Priyanka completed their 10th ICSE at Bishop's School in 2011. Priyanka then went on to attend Cambrian Public School, where they obtained their Intermediate in I.Com in 2013. In 2016, they earned their Bachelor's degree in BBA(Hons) (HR) from St. Xaviers College Ranchi. Priyanka then pursued a PGDM in Marketing & HR from New Delhi Institute Of Management, which they completed in 2018. Currently, they are enrolled in an Executive MBA in Customer Relationship Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, Priyanka Khakha has obtained two certifications, in Inventory Management and Principles of Leadership, from Great Learning in October 2022.
