Jinlei Ding currently serves as the Director of the Software Department at 正泰电器股份有限公司 since June 2024. Previously, Jinlei held the position of Senior Director of Technology Development in the Environment Control Business Unit at Terminus Group from August 2021 to June 2024. Prior to Terminus Group, Jinlei was the Head of Intelligent Building at Landsea Green Group, overseeing the Lanovation Hub and Landleaf Technology Center from May 2019 to August 2021. Between July 2007 and May 2019, Jinlei worked at United Technologies Research Center (China) as Group Leader and Associate Director for Thermal and Control Systems, focusing on technology innovation, research, and product prototyping in the integrated building, energy efficiency, and renewable energy sectors. Jinlei holds a Doctorate in Engineering Thermophysics and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science and Technology as well as Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, all from the University of Science and Technology of China.
