Alice Gao has seven years of work experience. Alice began their career as an Intern at Rupro Consulting in 2016. Alice then moved on to PeopleSearch, where they served as an Associate Consultant. In 2017, they returned to Rupro Consulting as a Senior Consultant/Team Leader. In 2019, they joined Black Fish Technologies as a Senior Recruiter and also began working at Shanghai Huicai Network Technology Co. Ltd. as a Senior Business Development Manager and Senior Recruiting Manager. In 2021, they became a Portfolio Talent Manager at ZhenFund and also started working as a Freelancer at Shanghai Jingrui Consulting Management Co. Ltd.

Alice Gao obtained their Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Suzhou University of Science and Technology in 2013 and their Master's degree in structural engineering from the same university in 2016.
