Alexis Victor

Alexis Victor is an Associate DEI Consultant at Zheng Consulting since July 2023, with extensive experience in diversity and health equity management. Previously, Alexis served as a Senior Program Manager in the Division of Diversity & Health Equity at the American Psychiatric Association from September 2020 to September 2024, following a role as Manager of Practice Management and Systems Delivery Policy. Prior experience includes positions at the Association of Community College Trustees as a Search Services Associate, PwC as a Deployment Enablement Specialist and HR Advisor, and various roles in mental health and crisis counseling. Alexis holds a Master of Science in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tampa.
