Amigo Luo has extensive work experience in the travel and service industry. In 2019, they were a Senior Business Manager at Zhiketong 直客通. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Customer Success Director/Key Account Manager at Datalex, a market leader in digital commerce for travel retail. During their time there, they managed Air China and HNA Group Airlines, renewed contracts, sold new product capabilities, built and maintained customer relationships, and managed customer escalations. From 2012 to 2016, they were a BD Manager at Allianz Worldwide Partners. From 2005 to 2012, they were a Regional Sales Manager and Executive Assistant at eLong, Inc.

Amigo Luo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Beijing Information Technology College in 2005. In 2015, they also obtained a Project Management Professional certification from PMI.
