Colin Doyle

Colin Doyle has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Zia Lucia - Genuine Pizza since May 2023. Previously, Colin held the position of Managing Director at The Breakfast Club from October 2013 to June 2022 and served as Operations Director there. Colin's earlier roles include Regional Operations Manager for Hard Rock Cafe in the Caribbean from November 2005 to September 2013, and General Manager at Hard Rock Cafe from April 2000 to May 2005. Colin began the career at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts as Group Bars Manager from September 1998 to April 2000, overseeing all bars in a significant hotel. Colin earned a BSc in Geography & Sports Science from Brunel University London from 1994 to 1998, and a High School Diploma from Victoria College in Jersey from 1990 to 1995.
