Ashley Nieves is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venue procurement, operations management, and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as the North America Operations Manager for Venue Procurement at BCD Meetings & Events since January 2019, Ashley oversees day-to-day operations, provides guidance to Purchasing Managers, and ensures high-quality service delivery. As the President and Founder of A Better Match, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a safer online dating environment, Ashley manages various aspects including website design, fundraising, and marketing. Previous roles include Travel Sales Coordinator at Active International, Sales and Event Manager at East Coast Saloons, and Pharmaceutical Care Representative positions, where Ashley developed strong relationships with clients and managed diverse event planning and operational tasks.
