Darren Boden

Darren Boden has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Darren started their career in 1990 as a Management Accountant at Dee Group plc, a clothing company. Darren then moved on to become the Group Financial Controller at The Webb Group Ltd, where they played a key role in a management buy-out and helped grow the company's annual turnover. In 2005, they became the Finance Director at Iliffe News & Media's Central Division, contributing to the integration of the company into the Northcliffe infrastructure. In 2014, Darren became the Finance Director at Zibrant, a meeting and event agency, and worked on improving the company's working capital and managing its sale to the BCD Travel group. Currently, they are the Finance Director for the UK Division of BCD Meetings & Events, where they led the creation of a Shared Service Centre.

Darren Boden attended the University of Derby from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued the CIMA Qualification. Prior to that, they studied at Abbot Beyne School in Burton-on-Trent from 1985 to 1990. Their earlier education took place at Heron Brook Middle School in Gnosall, Stafford, from 1983 to 1985.
