Kathryn A. Bowling has extensive work experience in the meetings and events industry. Kathryn A. began their career as a Meeting Planner/Program Manager at McCord Travel Management in November 1992. Kathryn A. then joined WorldTravel BTI in October 1995 as the Director of Operations for Meetings & Incentives, where they worked until October 1998. Currently, they work as the Director of Business Development at BCD Meetings & Events since October 1998.

Kathryn A. Bowling pursued a Bachelor's degree in Education at Valparaiso University from 1981 to 1985. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in Counseling from Indiana University Bloomington, completing their studies from 1985 to 1987.
