Lauren Lewis has over a decade of experience in customer experience and sales coordination within the hospitality and events sector. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager at BCD Meetings & Events since September 2012, Lauren has held various leadership roles including Team Manager and Service Delivery Manager. Prior to this, a position as Senior Sales Coordinator was held at Delaware North Companies for a brief period, where an emphasis on operational excellence and bespoke hospitality was paramount. Additionally, Lauren contributed to sales efforts as a Senior Sales Coordinator at St Davids Hotel and Spa and as a Sales Consultant at ZIBRANT LIMITED. Lauren's academic background includes A Levels from Woodlands Community School.
