Marcelo Puente

Marcelo Puente's work experience includes a variety of roles in finance, leadership, and training. Marcelo currently works as the Regional Finance Director LATAM at BCD Meetings & Events, where they focus on developing and executing financial strategies and building a strong finance team. Prior to that, they were the Head of Finance at Stefanini Rafael, overseeing financial planning, accounting, and cash management. Marcelo also has experience as a Manager at PwC, where they implemented financial systems and processes. Additionally, Marcelo worked as an Independent Consultant, organizing training and development events, and spent a significant portion of their career at IBM, holding various finance positions and contributing to financial planning, control, and strategy.
