Nathaniel Tan

Nathaniel Tan has a strong background in corporate finance. Nathaniel is currently working as the Director of Corporate Finance at ZICO Capital, where they manage equity fundraising activities, advises on mergers and acquisitions, and provides guidance on listing obligations. Prior to their current role, they worked as an Associate Director, Senior Manager, and Manager in the same company.

Before joining ZICO Capital, Nathaniel worked as a Manager and Assistant Manager in the Corporate Finance department at Canaccord Genuity Singapore. Nathaniel provided investment banking, research, sales, and trading services to institutional and corporate clients.

Nathaniel also gained experience as an Associate at PrimePartners Corporate Finance and as an Associate at KPMG Singapore.

Nathaniel Tan earned a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) degree from Nanyang Business School, which they attended from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) Module 4A - Rules & Regulations for Advising on Corporate Finance from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 2011.
