Arun has a flair for operational efficiency toward the organizational vision and strategic goals. He is the custodian of success within the organization towards all facets of business and customers. He has more than 19 years of work experience in leading functions in diverse industry sectors. Engineering, FMCG and IOT; From start up to Super Brands, his core competency is Sales, Brand Marketing & Sourcing and Operations.

He is responsible for Operations – Projects, Services, Command & Control Center, Logistics, AMC and Revenue Assurance. He has a pivotal role as customer custodian and to continuously improve customer experience. Customer Success is the Moto.

Arun’s career spans significantly at Senior Management level which includes Business Head – Soteria Command Center Tenon; Sr. G.M. Operations – Securens; Head Marketing & Sourcing – Escalations Travel Ware; Head Marketing – Safari Luggage; Brand Marketing – Eureka Forbes Limited; Design – Larsen and Toubro etc.

He holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University with Total Quality Management and Diploma in Fabrication Technology – Maharashtra State Board Technical Education.
