Dave Heilbron

Dave Heilbron is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Royal BAM Group since December 2023. In addition, Dave holds a position on the Supervisory Board of Ziekenhuis Amstelland and is a member of the Audit Committee. Previously, Dave was the Head of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at Aegon from February 2019 to November 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing global talent management. Dave's extensive experience also includes roles as a Sr. Partner at Lens, a Partner at Kennedy Executive Search, a Partner at Brevèl HR Consultancy, and interim HR positions in various organizations. Dave holds a Master of Science in General Management from Nyenrode Business University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance & Accounting from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and Nottingham University Business School.
