Jake Schwartz

Jake Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jake started their career as a Java Consultant at the University of New Hampshire, where they provided programming assistance. Jake then worked as an Intern at Elbrys Networks, contributing to the development and launch of their mobile fitness app and health data aggregation platform. Jake later returned to Elbrys Networks as a Software Engineer, where they developed and supported the backend application and REST API for their wireless management solution.

After that, Jake joined Zignal Labs as a Software Engineer, responsible for implementing and testing new features for the web application's backend. Jake also contributed to the development of a real-time data ingestion pipeline. Over time, Jake advanced to the position of Senior Software Engineer, specializing in search and analytics using Elasticsearch. Jake optimized the search functionalities, mentored junior team members, and improved documentation.

Jake further progressed at Zignal Labs as a Lead Software Engineer, focusing on standardizing and reducing the code base. Jake replaced legacy systems with newer technologies and planned larger data processing systems to support the platform's growth.
