Kinza Nisar has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kinza started their career as a Human Resources Summer Intern at Macgraphics Inc. in 2018. Later, they worked as a Human Resources Executive Recruitment at ThriveUp Media, where they were responsible for developing and implementing HR and operational strategies. In 2019, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at Nayatel. Kinza then joined Zigron Inc. in 2020, initially working as a Junior Technical Recruiter & Human Resources Officer, where they managed end-to-end recruitment processes and maintained employee records. Currently, at Zigron Inc., Kinza holds the position of Technical Recruiter & Human Resources Manager, where they handle recruitment for technical positions, implements recruitment and employee betterment processes, and manages the onboarding of new hires. Kinza Nisar completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences. Kinza pursued this degree from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2014, they studied at Punjab College, where they obtained a degree in ICS (Mathematics and Statistics).
