Nick Nanakos has held various roles in the food and finance industries since 2010. In 2010, they worked as a Laborer for Ohana Painting & Contracting Corporation. In 2014, they worked as an Accounting Assistant for Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. In 2015, they held two roles, Financial Analyst for JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Sales for Investors Capital. In 2017, they founded Drexel University Real Estate Club and worked on the Mergers & Acquisition Team for Balfour Beatty Communities. Since 2016, they have been the Founder and President of TruckBux, Inc., a holding company for fast-casual restaurant concepts, and the Founder and CEO of ZIKI, a fast-casual restaurant serving Greek & Mexican fusion.

Nick Nanakos attended Drexel University, but dropped out to focus on building ZIKI.
