Lauren Trinder-Smith

Lauren Trinder-Smith is a skilled professional with extensive experience in process improvement and automation. Currently serving as the Process and Automation Manager at Zilch since May 2023, Lauren previously held various roles at FNB South Africa from January 2020 to December 2022, culminating in the position of Business Process Engineer where the focus was on mapping and optimizing business processes. Prior experience includes roles as a Tutor at Teach Me 2, Research Assistant at Klydon, Design Assistant at Mineral Technologies, and Project Assistant at Marshall Hinds Pty (Ltd). Lauren holds an MEng in Industrial Engineering Data Science from Stellenbosch University and a BEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
