Cindy Cowan is the owner of Texas Oil Lady since January 2017 and has held the position of Ambassador at Zilis LLC since February 2022. Additionally, Cindy Cowan serves as a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA International LLC since January 2017. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (1985-1988) and an Associate of Science in Data Processing from Del Mar College (1982-1985).
