Dennis Bonilla

Dennis Bonilla has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2002, they worked as an OIT Computer Service Assistant at the University of Notre Dame until 2005. From 2005 to 2006, they worked in claims at Sedgwick CMS. Dennis then joined Marsh and held roles as a Consultant from 2005 to 2009, and later became an Assistant Vice President and Consultant from 2009 to 2010 in the Mass Tort & Complex Liability Unit. At Marsh, they specialized in allocation analysis, expense analysis, risk modeling, optimizations, and data conversions. In 2010, they became a Vice President and Senior Consultant at Marsh, where they focused on developing allocation models and providing financial impact analysis for clients pursuing insurance recovery strategies. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the Director of Information Technology and later as the Director of Management Information Systems at Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jimenez. In 2014, they became an Independent Senior Consultant at Arcina Risk until 2016. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Customer Success Manager and Project Manager at JNN Group, Inc. Dennis then joined Salesforce in 2016, holding various roles including Success Manager - Quote-to-Cash from 2016 to 2017, Senior Success Manager from 2017 to 2019, Senior Principal Success Manager from 2019 to 2019, CSG Product Senior Manager from 2019 to 2021, and CSG Product Director from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Product Programs at Zilliant since 2023.

Dennis Bonilla attended the University of Notre Dame from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.

In addition to their formal education, Dennis Bonilla has obtained several certifications. Dennis completed the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) training offered by Salesforce in September 2017. Around the same time, they also obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and a Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.

In more recent years, Dennis Bonilla obtained the Salesforce Billing Specialist Super Badge from Trailhead by Salesforce in November 2019 and the Salesforce Advanced Billing Specialist Super Badge in May 2020.
