Aaron Zhang

Aaron Zhang has a diverse work experience in various HR and talent management roles. Aaron joined Zilliz in 2020 as the Head of HR, GC, responsible for managing the internal HR team and developing strategic plans for team expansion. Aaron established an HR management system covering talent and organization development, total rewards, and employee relations. Prior to Zilliz, Aaron worked at XD as a Talent Manager from June 2020 to September 2020. Aaron then joined WeWork as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead in November 2018 until May 2020. Before that, Aaron served as a Portfolio Manager at K2 Partnering Solutions, covering the Greater China region. Aaron started their career at PAR Management Consultancy Ltd. as an Associate Consultant in Sales & Marketing.

Aaron Zhang attended Jiangsu University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature.
