Jeremy Wacksman

Jeremy Wacksman was named Chief Operating Officer in February of 2021. Previously, Wacksman was President of Zillow, a position in which he overwaw Zillow Offers, Zillow Premier Agent, and Rentals. In that role, Jeremy focuses on integrating the customer experience and business operations across all three lines of businesses to support the company’s vision of creating a seamless real estate transaction. Jeremy previously served as chief marketing officer of Zillow Group.

Prior to joining Zillow, Jeremy led marketing and product management for Microsoft’s Xbox LIVE and consumer mobile efforts, where he grew digital distribution for Xbox and managed product strategy for a mobile incubation group. Prior to Microsoft, he worked in product management and sales for Trilogy Software, a pioneer in ecommerce software.

Jeremy also advises startup and growth companies, having served as a board director for Rover.com and Room77, as well as an advisor to companies like Dollar Shave Club and GoFundMe.

Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
