Cha-Cha Figueroa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management, project management, and employee engagement. Currently serving as the Principal Talent & Engagement Partner at Zillow since May 2024, Cha-Cha previously held multiple roles at Gusto, including Senior Project Manager and Chief of Staff for the People Team. As the Founder of Queerly Balanced from January 2020 to June 2023, Cha-Cha focused on promoting diversity and inclusion. With a background at Uber from 2014 to 2019, Cha-Cha managed key projects such as re-designing global onboarding programs and developing leadership initiatives. Cha-Cha's early career included positions at the Downtown San Diego Partnership and TaskRabbit, showcasing a strong foundation in operations, community engagement, and project coordination. Cha-Cha earned a B.A. in Communication Studies from San Francisco State University, emphasizing Communication Diversity.
