Cynthia Taylor

As Vice President of Product Management at Zillow Group, Cynthia leads the transaction technologies product team. She and her team are responsible for building the tools, including transaction management products and document management services, that support the company’s vision of creating a more seamless, digital real estate transaction experience.

Prior to joining Zillow Group in 2015, Cynthia was a technical product manager at Amazon Web Services, where she was the product lead on the team that designed, built, and launched AWS’s enterprise document creation, storage, and collaboration service. Prior to Amazon, Cynthia served as the product owner at Coupa Software.

Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies and Asian American Studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
