Dennis Ulmer

Dennis Ulmer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and real estate industries. Currently serving as a Renovation Manager at Zillow since October 2019, Dennis has successfully established and developed operations for residential real estate transactions and played a key role in launching and scaling a field operations team. Prior to Zillow, Dennis held the position of Regional Vice President at EmpireWorks from 2016 to 2019, managing full life cycle construction projects and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion. From 2010 to 2016, Dennis served as Area Manager at Response Team 1, focusing on recruiting and training teams for multifamily renovation projects across Florida. Earlier in the career, Dennis was a Construction Manager at TRG-The Renovation Group (2008-2010), where responsibilities included project scope definition, budget estimation, and progress reporting to property management.
