Heather Buchma

Heather Buchma is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in product design and user experience across various industries. Currently a Senior Director of Product Design at Zillow, Heather oversees multiple teams focusing on Premier Agent products and user tools. Previously, Heather served as the Director of Product Design at CNN+, where leadership involved scaling a design team for digital platforms, as well as spearheading initiatives for CNN Business. Prior experience includes directing digital transformation at Prudential Financial and leading UX design at Red Ventures, among other significant roles. Heather holds a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and International Business from Villanova University and has a background in creative and design internships.
