Jennifer Rock

Jennifer Rock is the Chief Accounting Officer and interim Chief Financial Officer at Zillow Group. Jennifer is responsible for overseeing finances, treasury and accounting for Zillow Group and its portfolio of brands.

Since starting at Zillow pre-IPO in 2011, Jennifer has helped to lead our S-1 drafting process and shepherd the company through the acquisition of Trulia and many other financial milestones, while also managing the preparation of every financial filing the company has made since becoming a publicly traded company. For the last seven years, Jennifer has held various leadership positions at Zillow Group in financial reporting, technical accounting, compliance, and financial planning and analysis.

Prior to working at Zillow Group, Jennifer spent nearly seven years at KPMG in the audit practice. She received a bachelor of arts and a master of accountancy from Gonzaga where she graduated summa cum laude.
