Kerwin Lendon Smith serves as the Principal AI Product Manager at Zillow since August 2023, focusing on the development of advanced immersive and AI-enabled home shopping experiences. Previously, at Meta from November 2020 to July 2023, Kerwin led product management for Meta's AI/ML Training and Reinforcement Learning Data Platform, overseeing the Human-AI Loop initiative and establishing a product team dedicated to optimizing AI model training across various platforms. As a Product Director at Publicis Sapient from June 2011 to November 2020, Kerwin co-founded a Digital Product Innovation practice aimed at transforming product development through Agile methodologies. Earlier roles include serving as a Senior Enterprise Software Architect at Multimedia Solutions, founder and Chief Product Officer of Mokoseek.com, and participation in the Bell Labs Leadership Rotational Program, where foundational skills in software engineering and product management were acquired. Kerwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and both an MBA and a Master of Science from NYU Stern School of Business.
